Workflow Milestones
Search English-taught programs on universitaly.it and apply directly to universities during open windows (Nov to April).
Upon university admission, submit your pre-enrollment application online via the Universitaly portal to generate your official Summary PDF.
Obtain either a Declaration of Value (DOV) from the Italian Embassy in Islamabad, or a CIMEA Statement of Comparability based on your regional jurisdiction.
Submit your comprehensive file at your assigned BLS International application center and prepare for a potential structural interview.

Intermediate & Matric Credentials
Must be verified first by your respective local BISE board, forwarded to the Inter Board Coordination Commission (IBCC) for attestation, and finally stamped with a MoFA Apostille.
Higher Education Degrees (BS/MS)
Must be verified through the Higher Education Commission (HEC) online system and subsequently processed through MoFA for Apostille legalization.
