Successful candidates receive their official university acceptance letter within 1 week of document evaluation.
3. Fee Deposit
Secure your seat by transferring the tuition fee directly to the university's official bank account.
4. Embassy Verification
Your formal documents undergo authentic certification and cross-checking at the regional embassy level.
5. Visa File Setup & Submission
Compilation of the final visa docket containing bank balances, health documents, and academic verifications.
6. Visa Approval & E-Visa Blue Paper
Your legal permit is issued as an official e-visa (referred to as the "Blue Paper") within 15 to 45 days.
7. Entry Permit & Sticker Paste
Get your student physical visa sticker endorsed officially at the Karachi consulate office before departure.

Academic Score Requirements
- SSC & HSSC: Minimum 50% marks
- Credit Transfer: 2+2 setups acceptable
- Acceptable Gap: Up to 10 years
Standard Direct Entry
- IELTS Academic: 5.0 overall
- TOEFL iBT: 71 minimum
- Password Skills: 5.5 overall score
- PTE: 58 points minimum
Foundation Entry Level
If you do not meet the direct language metrics, foundation course entry levels apply:
Consolidated Document Verification
A comprehensive breakdown of all documents categorized by verification authority.
Required for initial university application and processing:
- Matric Certificate & Transcript (verified by IBCC)
- Intermediate Certificate & Transcript (verified by IBCC)
- Bachelor Transcript & Degree (verified by HEC, for PG programs)
- 2 Professional/Academic Reference Letters
- Mother & Father Full Names, Contact Emails, and Active Phone Numbers
- Professional Experience Letter (covering any gap between study ends)
- 1 Passport Size Photo (with solid white background)
- Valid Passport (with signed signature page)
- National Identity Card (CNIC - clear Front & Back scans)
- Updated Europass Format Curriculum Vitae (CV)
Must be verified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA):
- Secondary School Certificate (SSC / Matric)
- Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC / Inter)
- Degree and Transcripts (if undergraduate/graduate)
- Police Clearance Certificate
- Official Medical Fitness Certificate
- Personal or Sponsor Bank Statement
- Official Bank Account Maintenance Letter
- Family Registration Certificate (FRC issued by NADRA)
- Passport Data Pages

Pro-Tip Note: Please ensure that both your Matric and Inter certificates are printed on high-quality, heavyweight, glossy/hard paper color copies before submission.

- English language test scores printed (IELTS/PTE/TOEFL)
- University Tuition Fee payment printout
- Original Bank Statement & Account Maintenance Letter

- Color Copy of Matric & Intermediate Degree Certificate
